2008 Japan G8 Summit NGO Forum has released a first draft of the Position Paper as a `voice` from the Civil society toward 2008 Hokkaido-Toyako G8 Summit.
The Position Paper consists of three parts including Environment part, Peace and Humanitarian Rights part , and Poverty and Development part.
The Position Paper Statement, which was created upon the beginning of the second period of the 2008 Japan G8 Summit NGO Forum, precedes the Position Paper. (The second period of the Forum started in September 2007.)
